Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience running successful campaigns along with the strategic vision and leadership skills to guide the candidate to victory. They must be committed to the democratic process and align with the candidate's values.

  • 2+ years experience working on political campaigns, preferably at a
  • 5+ years conducting political polling and analyzing results for Democratic campaigns or related organizations. Extensive knowledge of polling methods and statistics.
  • Up-to-date expertise in current polling tools, data modeling techniques, and analytic software programs.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for electing Democratic candidates who will champion progressive values and policies.
